Our cattle are Premium Black Angus, grass fed and antibiotic free. Hormone free and MSA Accredited.
 
The cuts are cryovacced and portioned into pairs of steaks and packs of 5-6 sausages, 500g mince.
You will receive a mixture of premium cuts such as scotch fillet, rump, eye fillet, T bone, denver, flat iron, rib eye, roasts 1.5kg, mince, sausages.
 
Smallgoods add on: You can add 1kg handcrafterd smallgoods to your box. You will receive 250g packs each of beef bacon, smoked chorizo, pastrami and spicy beef jerky. Add on here
