Our cattle are Premium Black Angus, grass fed and antibiotic free. Hormone free and MSA Accredited.
 
The cuts are cryovacced and portioned into pairs of steaks and packs of 5-6 sausages, 500g mince.
You will recieve a mixture of economical cuts such as blade, flank, mince, sausages, chuck, rump, ribs, diced, BBQ steaks, and T-bones or porterhouse, and roasts around 1.5kgs.
 
Smallgoods add on: You can add 1kg handcrafterd smallgoods to your box. You will receive 250g packs each of beef bacon, smoked chorizo, pastrami and spicy beef jerky.
